Torrey DeVitto was born on 8th June 1984 in Huntington, New York to Mary DeVitto (Mother) and Liberty DeVitto (Father). She was raised in Winter Park, Florida with her older sister Devon and two younger sisters. Torrey’s father was a drummer for Billy Joel. Her mother had been the best friend of Stevie Nick since the late 1970s and met Torrey’s father in 1983 when he was the drummer on Nick’s Wild Heart Tour. Torrey has spent a lot of time touring with her parents. And she was interested in acting and modeling at an early age.

Talking about her educational background, she studied at Youngsville Elementary School, part of Kings Park Central School District. And she studied dance at the Kings Park Dance Center and took acting classes at Zoe & Company. Also after graduating from Winter Park High School she worked as a fashion model in Japan during Summer.

Torrey DeVitto started her modeling career at a very young age when she was just 15. She’s also signed with the Ford and Avenue One modeling agencies, and she made her big-screen debut as a minor part in the TV series Dawson’s Creek. In 2003, she appeared in Scrubs.

Torrey DeVitto appeared in the WB drama series Safe Harbor and Nickelodeon’s Noah Knows Best. She played nanny Carrie on One Tree Hill from 2008 to 2009. She had a lead role in Eleemosynary, which was performed at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater.
