Nancy Stafford

Nancy Stafford is a celebrated American actress, speaker, and author. She is well recognized for her appearance in the 1980’s Matlock series portraying Michelle Thomas, law partner, on its five seasons.

She later hosted a show on a T.V. series board called Main Floor, about fashion and beauty from 1995 to 2005.

Nancy Stafford was born in Wilton Manors, Florida, United States, on 5th June 1954. Stafford is 67 years old as of 2021. She is the daughter of Leslie Stafford and Marcia Stafford. Nancy’s father used to work for the Eli Witt Company. Her brother Tracy Stafford was a two-term Mayor of Wilton Manors, Florida, and served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1990 to 2000.

She attended “Ft. Lauderdale High School” and completed her high school about Stafford’s educational background. She later attended “University of Florida,” and she even has a Bachelor of arts degree in Journalism.

How did Nancy start her Career?

After graduating from Ft. Lauderdale High School in 1972, Nancy became Miss Florida 1976, competing in the 1977 Miss America Pageant. Nancy moved to Los Angeles in 1982, where she did her first guest role-playing the dual role of Adrienne/Felicia Hunt on the daytime soap opera “The Doctors.” She had guest-starring roles in shows like Riptide, Scarecrow, Remington Steele, and Mrs. King, Who’s the Boss? and Quantum Leap.

In 1983, Nancy got her first regular role on the NBC medical drama series St. Elsewhere as Joan Halloran. She played the role for two seasons and came back for one more episode in 1986. 

 In 1995 she also hosted the fashion and beauty television series “Main Floor.” In 2019, Stafford appeared in a film known as Faith, Hope, and Love as Mary Sue. Faith, Hope, and Love is an American Romantic comedy movie that was released on 15th March 2019. It is directed by J.J. Englert and Robert Krantz, produced and written by Robert Krantz starring Peta Murgatroyd, Krantz, Michael Richards, Corbin Bernsen, Natasha Bure, and Ed Asner. Her most recent work is as Kathryn Morales in the 2020 movie.
