EARLY LIFE
In Elderslie, Renfrewshire, Richard Madden was born to parents Pat and Richard on June 18 of 1986, located in Scotland. His father works in the fire brigade, his mother works as a teacher and teaches students in primary school, and he has two sisters whom he grew up alongside them. He joined PACE Youth Theatre when he was 11 to overcome feeling shy. He got bullied in high school because he was fat and shy.
